Poor communication and won’t cover damages

Their communication is horrible they forced my wife to sign a document and that was the end of it. Had wrong phone number on file and never called me about delivery even though I stated I wanted a call an hour prior. Customer service is non existent. Now they won’t cover for damages they caused with their horrible network of shady transporters
