I am very hard to impress. But Charlie and Mercury Auto has definitely earned a 2nd look! My vehicle was transported from GA to CA and I had numerous ridiculous phone calls and emails daily from a simple quote inquiry. I was frustrated and confused about the whole auto transport process. When Charlie called me, he stood out immediately!! He took an extra step above the other brokers and actually explained how his company process works to benefit "us" and was able to break down exactly what the cost covered. He gave me options and extended himself beyond normal working hours. The company he found was great, professional, and fast!!! They told me 6 days and got here 2 days early! I was stressed about having to possibly rent a car if it was late or until it got here but never had to go there. I am happy. I am very satised. I am impressed!
