I bought a new car and it was a cross country so I needed to ship it and chose Heartland because of the reviews on the internet. The quote they gave was fair. Also, the customer service rep was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and excellent. I had the same guy and he was definitely first class all the way through. It was a very good and exceptional service. He communicated very well so I knew where it was at and what was going on and I didn’t have to worry about the car. It's a great and worry-free experience.
