I had absolutely no problem with FHT. I was terrified after reading the negative reviews but since my daughter had made all of the arrangements and was desperately in need of the car for her first day at her first post-college job, I had to send it off through FHT. However, everything went off without a hitch. The broker, dispatcher, and driver were all polite, easy to work with, and delivered as promised. There were no marks on the car or any type of damage, no extra miles on the odometer, nothing taken from the car, and the car came a day early which was a life-saver for her.
