The first time happened last year. I tried to ship my car by them , they let me sign some contract, then in one day they told me the driver need to accept a price $100 higher, which i agreed. Then i have to sign the renewed contract. But one day later when i check my email , i found two emails from them , the first one said they found a driver for me, the second one said they need to charge me $75 of cancellation fee because no reply heard from me . What?! Without even call me ,the contract didn't tell me they will only inform me through email. Anyway they told me if i still choose them to ship the car, they will credit me that $75. Then i have to wait another week to get a driver to pick up my car.
The second time happened this month , when i tried find someone to ship another vehicle, they came to me . I gave them another chance because i thought the first time is due to the sales representative (her name is Oski ) is irresponsible. So i signed the contract as they asked, without any surprise , they raised the price a couple of hours later, they told me $550 for everything, i need to pay $150 deposit, I thought this is the same as last time . I was too naive. So i signed their renewed contract. i admit i didn’t read the the contract very carefully, i only double checked the final price and all my information, since i thought i’ve read it last time. But when my vehicle got delivered the driver ask me to pay him $550,so i contacted Movewheels they told me the $150 deposit is not included in the final price, they’ve clearly put it in the contract, so i looked up their contract, the did say that with very tiny handwriting. The contract is different than last time and i believe it’s different than any other brokers since i’ve helped my friend shipped about 10 vehicles.
This is ridiculous they won’t even tell you they are gonna charge me $700 total. What they told me is $550 for final price. You can only find out yourself. By the way ,$700 is the most expensive price i ever paid.
I have to pay $150 to learn that lesson, then i realized the first time is also not an accidental event. This company will try to do this kind of dirty things to let you pay extra no matter how they promised . You have to do what they ask you do since you signed their CONTRACT (the contract is only used to against you because they can change it as many times as they want)! By the time you signed their contract, their scam starts .

Hello Ms. Lu! Thank you for your feedback, that's really important to us. I just want to briefly explain some details regarding your experience with our company - the first time you've had a deal with our company we had to reschedule a driver for you since neither initially assigned driver nor your sales agent were not be able to reach you for a week. That time we had to cancel the deal with the first driver and arrange another one for you, but he asked for additional $75. We are really sorry for inconvenience. Regarding the second shipment - we provided a driver who was ready to deliver your car right away and no issue occured. We provide you with the contract twice and explained the payment over the phone, so we were totally sure that you know how much are you payinng and when. Thank you for your feedback, we will do our best to improve our service in the future.
