We shipped our car from Simi Valley California to Maui Hawaii. It was easy and straight forward. We opted for our car to be picked up from our house. Everything went smooth except for pricing. The original trucking company cancelled at the last minurte and the new trucking company was a little more expensive. I was told from AutoStar Transport that they would update me on tracking information. Unfortunately, I never received updates from them. Fortunately, Matson's website had tracking info and ETA so you have an idea when your vehicle is arriving. I emailed AutoStar Transport (Barry) asking if my vehicle had arrived. Barry's response was check your email we sent you something. I checked my email and couldn't find anything from them. Long story short..everything worked out. There were a couple of hiccups but I was satisfied.
