We live in a rural city that makes it difficult to find someone who will transport a vehicle here. It is almost always the case that they happen to be driving through to a neighboring state/city and have room. Because of this, the cost is generally higher. This particular car belonged to a deceased cousin and was a delicate transaction for his wife. Lance was understanding and helpful about the situation, as the car wasn't running so required winching. He was able to find a driver within four or five days, who also had a very nice enclosed trailer to transport in. The driver was experienced, capable of turning a 40' trailer around in our small cul-de-sac with no problem. He arrived on time and was very accommodating to me, as I needed the car parked in a certain space. With some minor pushing help from me, he was in and out within 30 minutes. All paperwork was in order and the transaction went smoothly. Throughout the process, the driver had excellent communication and kept me updated on where he was. Lance also communicated frequently during the transaction and followed up after to ensure I hadn't had any problems with the driver. Very impressed with both Lance and the driver. I would definitely use either of them again.
