I was fortunate to call and have Ozair help me with the process. He made things very easy and stayed in contact with me through the entire process (over 20 days) every time I called or texted I spoke directly with him and not a new person every time, Ozair was very transparent and honest with me, I wasn’t aware of how much went into finding the right driver but Ozair made sure I was assigned a driver with good driver ratings and good insurance at the best possible price.
